Welcome to the Homestead Weaving Studio BLOG

As I was updating pictures on the homepage, I thought it might be nice to add a weblog (BLOG) to the site ... hope you agree. Leave a comment or question.

Studio news: just arrived ... roving and elephant chenille.

Nice to see your updates. How about some comments on where your ideas come from for some of the patterns you come up with. Could something evolve from an item such as the photo of the creek with the circular patterns in the water? :)

Sitting here at 1:30 am and ran across your website. Your picture looks incredibly beautiful and serene, is that actually a photo of your Homestead? I'm a perpetual student, nearing graduation and looking forward to getting back to weaving on both of my LeClerc looms, and looking forward to discussing weaving with others. We have little weaving here in Virginia.
